Pleasant Garden Town Hall (Kirkman Municipal Building, 4920 Alliance Church Road) includes an administrative building hosting open community meetings for Town Council, Planning, and Recreation Boards. The complex also includes; Disc Golf, two Dog Parks, picnic shelter, bocce ball court, shuffle board court, horse shoe pit, ADA playground, Howard Coble Greenway, Veteran's Memorial and 2.1 miles of trails.

The Pleasant Garden Town Hall (Kirkman Municipal Building) can be used for meetings, events and activities sponsored by the Town of Pleasant Garden and other governmental agencies. Regular monthly meetings of the Town Council, the Planning Board, and Recreation Board have priority. Scheduling of additional meetings and activities will be based on availability of the building; the work schedules and availability of the staff should be taken into consideration if the meeting or event is to be held outside of normal business hours.

Town Hall is not available for use or rental for private events or activities.
