PUBLIC HEARING:

The Pleasant Garden Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7 pm to receive citizen comments on the proposed technical amendments to the existing Development Ordinance. The current zoning of property in Pleasant Garden is not changed by the proposed amendments. The public hearing will be in the Kirkman Municipal Building/Town Hall at 4920 Alliance Church Road. The proposed amendments are available for public inspection at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at www.pleasantgarden.net.
