PUBLIC HEARING:

The Pleasant Garden Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2021 at 7 pm to receive citizen comments on technical amendments to the existing Development Ordinance. The technical amendments are mandated by the North Carolina Legislature to bring all development jurisdictions into compliance with new NCGS 160D. The current zoning of property in Pleasant Garden is not changed by the proposed amendments. The public hearing will be in the Kirkman Municipal Building/Town Hall at 4920 Alliance Church Road. The proposed amendments are available for public inspection at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at www.pleasantgarden.net.
