NOTICE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING 
     
The Pleasant Garden Board of Adjustment will consider a variance request described below.

NEW BUSINESS: 

Variance case #20-09-PGPL-00286: 

Amelia Poole is requesting a variance from the Pleasant Garden Development Ordinance 4-5.2 (A) 1), which regulates the location of accessory structures and buildings to be located behind the front building line of the principal structure (house). The applicant is seeking to build an in-ground pool in front of the house. Pools are considered accessory structures. The property is located at 4811 Alliance Church Rd, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313 being tax parcel #131437, in Fentress Township.
