Events Committee meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. the fourth Tuesday quarterly. All meetings are held in the Kirkman Municipal Building/Town Hall, 4920 Alliance Church Road. All citizens are invited and encouraged to attend.

If special meetings are called or regular meeting dates are changed, a minimum of 48 hours public notice will be given.
