FALL 2022/SPRING 2023 BASEBALL/SOFTBALL UNIFORMS

The Town of Pleasant Garden is seeking bids for players (ages 4-13) and coaches’ baseball/softball uniforms for the Fall 2022 and the Spring 2023 seasons of the youth baseball/softball program.

SPECIFICATIONS:   Baseball/softball uniform:  Approximately 175 uniform packets for the 2022 fall season (order placed in August) and 225 uniform packets for the 2022 spring season (order placed in March).  Bids will be awarded to the lowest, most responsive bidder.

• Baseball jersey/Sleeveless softball jersey
• Baseball cap to match baseball jersey color (MLB or MiLB)
• Softball athletic socks to match softball jersey color
• Screen print sponsor names on front (All)
• “Pleasant Garden” logo on front right chest in small lettering
• Heat transfer number on back (All)
• Youth and adult sizes
• “Coach” imprinted on the coaches’ jerseys

COST BREAKDOWN:  Please include the following in your bid response:

• Price per shirt/hat/socks
• Logo/print set-up fees
• Shipping charges
• Any other fees

Please indicate your production time and when we can expect delivery once an order is placed. We prefer a turn-around time of two (2) weeks or less.
