GRANT APPLICATION

Pleasant Garden received a grant from the Bicycle-Pedestrian Divison of the NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to develop a bicycle and pedestrian plan for the entire town.  NCDOT is providing $32,000 for this planning effort and the town is providing $8,000 in matching funds.  The Town Council selected the Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC) as the consultant and Alta Planning and Design is a sub-consultant on the project.

The Town Council adopted the final plan at their March 3, 2015 meeting.
