The Board of Adjustment of the Town of Pleasant Garden will hold a public hearing at 6:30PM on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Town Hall, 4920 Alliance Church Road, to consider a variance request to “Article 4-4.1 Agricultural and single-family districts; A) Dimensional requirements for agricultural and single-family district” of the Development Ordinance to allow an 11-foot encroachment into the 45-foot front street setback in order to build an addition to the existing residence located at 6012 Laurel Knoll Drive, Parcel Number 0132123, zoned RS-40.
